Desk Pin Catalog is designed to help users organize desk pins, badges, enamel pins, event keepsakes, and other small collectibles. Users may create local records containing titles, event or source details, acquisition dates, storage zones, condition ratings, and notes.
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require account registration and does not collect, request, transmit, sell, or store personal information on external servers.
Information entered by the user, including pin titles, event or source details, acquisition dates, storage zones, condition ratings, and notes, is used only within the Application and remains on the user’s device.
Location Information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information or approximate location information from your device.
Third-Party Access and Data Sharing
Because the Application does not collect personal information, no personal data is shared with third parties. The Service Provider does not sell, rent, transfer, or disclose user data to advertising networks, analytics providers, external platforms, or other third-party services.
Data Retention
The Service Provider does not retain user data because the Application does not collect or store personal information on external servers. Pin records, storage zones, condition ratings, notes, and locally generated collection summaries created in the Application remain on the user’s device. The Service Provider has no access to this locally stored information and does not maintain a copy of it.
Data Deletion
Because the Service Provider does not collect or store user data, there is no server-side personal data for the Service Provider to delete. Users can delete locally stored Application data by clearing the Application data in their device settings or by uninstalling the Application. Removing the Application may delete locally stored pin records, storage-zone information, notes, and related local records, depending on the device and operating system settings.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or through the mobile application marketplace.
Children
The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor children’s device and internet usage and to instruct children not to provide personal information through any application or service without permission.
